These Terms of Service govern your use of Learn2LearnAI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, legal guardian, or teacher to create an account. Children use the service only through an adult's account, via learner profiles the adult creates and supervises.

You are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the supervision of the children who use it.

Learn2LearnAI transforms lessons into multiple learning formats using AI-powered character tutors. The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Features may change, and AI-generated content will vary between lessons.

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown at sign-up in your billing currency and may be subject to applicable taxes (such as UK VAT or US sales tax).

If we offer a trial, its specific terms — including any requirement to provide a payment method, its length, and what happens when it ends — will be disclosed to you at sign-up before you start it. Where a trial requires a payment method on file, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged at the then-current price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method for the subscription and any applicable taxes on each renewal until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the free allowance.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

You retain ownership of the material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that material to provide the service (including sending it to AI providers to generate lessons, as described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the material you upload.

Lessons and tutor responses are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. They are educational aids, not professional, medical, diagnostic, or clinical advice. Review AI-generated material before relying on it, and supervise children's use.

The Learn2LearnAI platform, its characters, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software beyond using the service as intended.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to where our business is established, with the specific governing law and dispute-resolution venue to be confirmed on legal review for both our UK and US customers. Consumer protections that apply in your country of residence are unaffected.

We may update these terms as the service and the law evolve, and we will change the 'Last updated' date above. Material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
